Responsibilities
- Enhance existing software applications.
- Develop and design reports using SQL-based data fetching, processing, and representation.
- Gather requirements, understand project scope, estimate work, and plan and execute tasks.
- Handle client calls and collaborate with stakeholders to meet requirements.
- Participate in component-level technical design discussions.
- Debug software and document root cause analyses and resolutions.
- Suggest team-level process improvements for operations and the development ecosystem.
- Support software releases.
- Develop an understanding of healthcare workflows and the Millennium data model.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or Information Systems.
- Required skills include SQL, PL/SQL, database management systems, programming with languages such as Python, Java, or C++, debugging, Git, unit testing, and data analysis.
- Preferred skills include business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Business Object, Power Insight, or DA2, as well as CCL and healthcare workflow knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, communication, attention to detail, adaptability, time management, continuous learning, and basic peer mentorship abilities.
