Base Salary
$252k - $315k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy production AI agents leveraging large language models and other advanced techniques.
- Architect intelligent systems that integrate various AI components into reliable workflows.
- Own the full experimentation lifecycle, from hypothesis generation to production rollout.
- Run controlled experiments to evaluate model contributions and improve agent performance.
- Build production-quality AI systems with a focus on reliability and safety.
- Collaborate with enterprise customers to translate their challenges into AI solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or applied AI.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Experience building production AI systems using large language models.
- Familiarity with modern AI tooling and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals.
- Excellent communication skills for direct customer interaction.
