Base Salary
$73k - $136k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on APEX coding and serve as the primary subject matter expert for PeopleSoft APEX questions and issues.
- Develop, optimize, troubleshoot, review, and tune complex SQL queries, PL/SQL code, procedures, packages, functions, views, and database objects.
- Support PeopleSoft system configuration, testing, deployment, customizations, upgrades, and technical issue resolution.
- Assess user adoption, design targeted interventions, provide coaching and training, and document best practices and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements, identify system optimization opportunities, and design technical solutions.
- Perform data analysis and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of PeopleSoft experience and 3 years of Apex coaching experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in PeopleSoft modules, Oracle APEX, coaching methodologies, user enablement, training delivery, system optimization, SQL development, and PL/SQL programming.
- Proficiency with Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Data Mover, SQR, Oracle SQL Developer, and SQL performance tuning tools.
- Experience or familiarity with Broker, REST/SOAP web services, Fluid UI development, complex customizations, PUM upgrades, and SQL/database optimization.
- Must be a U.S. citizen with an active Secret security clearance.
- Preferred qualifications include PeopleSoft HCM or Financials certification, Oracle RDBMS 19c experience, Army or DoD implementation experience, OCI or related ERP platform familiarity, and experience with WalkMe or Whatfix.
