Base Salary
$200k - $275k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of advanced prompt engineering and retrieval pipelines for thousands of customer conversations across Zendesk, Intercom, and Salesforce.
- Architect scalable generation pipelines that provide rapid insights, accurate analysis, and customer interaction scoring.
- Build real-time multimodal training simulations across voice, video, and chat using OpenAI, ElevenLabs, and Vapi.
- Develop intuitive, high-performance user interfaces with Next.js that support complex AI interactions.
- Make critical decisions about architecture, tooling, and product direction while owning major product areas.
- Mentor teammates and help set the technical standard for the engineering team.
Requirements
- At least four years of engineering experience, ideally at a Series A to C startup.
- Experience shipping complex, customer-facing products.
- Strong technical leadership, including mentoring engineers, leading technical decisions, or architecting significant product areas.
- Deep expertise in modern web technologies, product architecture, or AI integrations.
