Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of Tekion’s AI Platform architecture and services.
- Own end-to-end quality for platform capabilities including feature pipelines and model deployment.
- Design and implement automated testing frameworks for platform APIs and services.
- Validate the correctness and consistency of features and model inputs/outputs.
- Test model-serving services for correctness, latency, and scalability.
- Build regression suites for large-scale platform changes and version upgrades.
- Define quality metrics and automated monitoring for platform anomalies.
- Contribute to evaluation frameworks for platform-level AI services.
- Use AI/LLMs to accelerate quality engineering and test generation.
- Drive root cause analysis for production issues and collaborate on improvements.
- Champion quality engineering best practices across the organization.
Requirements
- 8+ years in SDET, quality engineering, or software engineering.
- Strong experience building automation frameworks for platform or backend services.
- Proficient in Python and/or Java/Go for writing production-quality automation.
- Experience testing distributed systems, APIs, and ML/data platforms.
- Solid understanding of ML lifecycle components and platform testing.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and cloud services.
- Strong debugging and root cause analysis skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
