Responsibilities
- Own design and delivery of backend platform features.
- Contribute to architecture discussions on scalability and fault tolerance.
- Collaborate on core platform services using AWS-managed services.
- Design high-performance microservices using gRPC and REST.
- Reinforce best practices for observability and resiliency.
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and design discussions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with mentoring.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong Golang skills and production-grade gRPC microservices experience.
- Solid grasp of distributed systems and API design.
- Experience with AWS-managed services and multi-tenancy design patterns.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code tools.
