Responsibilities

Own feature areas end to end from technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and post-launch monitoring.
Design, build, and ship secure, scalable, reliable, and high-performance features across the Identity Governance system.
Deliver bug fixes and address customer-reported issues quickly.
Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code and uphold engineering quality standards.
Partner with Product Development, QA, and Site Reliability Engineering teams on development and deployment work.

Have 7+ years of experience with Java using Spring or Dropwizard and/or Golang, including deep knowledge of multithreading and asynchronous processing.
Understand OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and JWT tokens for service-to-service communication.
Demonstrate fluency with agentic systems and modern AI applications.
Have experience building high-performance services with RESTful APIs and/or gRPC, plus in-depth knowledge of distributed systems and microservices architectures.
Have solid experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL and Redis at scale.
Have hands-on AWS experience with Fargate, EC2, and Lambda, as well as Terraform-based infrastructure management.
Be proficient with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD automation tools such as Jenkins, ArgoCD, or GitHub Actions.
Preferably have experience with Splunk, SignalFX, or Datadog for monitoring and troubleshooting production issues.
Preferably have familiarity with Kafka or SQS for cross-organization asynchronous events.
Preferably have basic familiarity with React and JavaScript and experience deploying services across isolated infrastructure units.
Hold a B.S. in Computer Science or a related field.
