Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing for ServiceNow solutions.
- Design, maintain, and run automated test suites using the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework.
- Perform manual testing of workflows, forms, role behavior, reporting, and platform configurations.
- Validate enhancements, bug fixes, and release changes across development, test, and production environments.
- Track defects, support triage, and verify fixes through resolution using ServiceNow Agile Development, Jira, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with analysts, developers, product owners, stakeholders, and business users to validate requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Test workflow updates, access controls, reporting changes, data updates, integrations, and downstream dependencies.
- Document test plans, test cases, results, defect reports, and lessons learned.
- Support release readiness, test evidence collection, smoke testing, and UAT coordination.
- Verify configurations and updates align with security and compliance expectations.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and an active Secret security clearance are required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
- At least three years of experience in software testing, QA, or test engineering is required.
- At least three years of experience testing ServiceNow applications or comparable enterprise workflow platforms is required.
- At least three years of experience working in Agile delivery environments with user stories and sprint ceremonies is required.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow testing, including the Automated Test Framework or comparable automation tools, is preferred.
- Experience with functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing is preferred.
- Experience using ServiceNow Agile Development or Jira for defect tracking and Confluence for documentation is preferred.
- Familiarity with federal delivery security, FedRAMP, security validation, compliance-focused testing, release management, and test evidence collection is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, stakeholder collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills are preferred.
