Responsibilities
- Define technical standards, development guidelines, reusable components, and engineering best practices for the Digital Interactions tribe.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership, mentoring, implementation guidance, and support for complex engineering challenges.
- Review AI agent architecture proposals, implementation plans, code, pull requests, and generated outputs.
- Design and deploy cloud-based AI solutions and applications using software engineering and DevOps practices.
- Develop applications and services using Spec Driven Development and the stated harness concept.
- Integrate AI and generative AI models and services into enterprise applications and platforms through APIs or MCPs.
- Ensure security, data protection, Responsible AI, performance, scalability, reliability, maintainability, and technical-debt requirements are addressed.
- Drive AI-DLC transformation and act as the main reviewer of the AI-DLC toolchain.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, architects, developers, the central AI Factory, the local AI Foundation, and business stakeholders.
- Contribute to technical roadmaps and decisions regarding AI technologies, platforms, architecture, and implementation approaches.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Node.js, React or Angular, and software engineering practices.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI and Spec Driven Development.
- Knowledge of Git, Docker, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Experience designing and implementing AI-powered applications and services and integrating AI models through APIs and enterprise applications.
- Practical knowledge of RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures, AI solution deployment, security, scalability, performance, and Responsible AI principles.
- Demonstrated ability to define technical architecture and standards and provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineering teams.
- Strong communication, stakeholder-management, problem-solving, technical decision-making, ownership, and leadership-by-example skills.
- Familiarity with machine learning is a strong advantage.
