Responsibilities
- Serve as an Ivalua technical subject-matter expert and collaborate with clients on end-to-end Ivalua implementation and application management services programs.
- Provide solution architecture expertise for client problems across Ivalua Source-to-Pay modules and processes.
- Coordinate cross-functional and global onsite-offshore teams for integration and deployment of custom software solutions.
- Manage risks, escalations, and dependency resolution across teams and projects.
- Participate in solution design, build, testing, cutover, hypercare, and transition to support.
- Ensure compliance with delivery standards and PMO governance.
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve issues affecting critical business systems and application performance.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 6 years of enterprise application delivery experience and 3 years of Ivalua program delivery experience are required.

- Proficiency in Ivalua is required.
- Ivalua Delivery/Implementation Certification at L1, L2, or L3 is required.
