Base Salary
$307k - $427k/yr
Responsibilities
- Take execution responsibility for major programs and drive them from concept to release.
- Collaborate with Google Cloud teams and Google DeepMind to develop state-of-the-art capabilities.
- Lead and grow a team of technical leaders to achieve goals.
- Work effectively with external customers.
- Drive innovation across database products including AlloyDB, database migrations, and in-memory caching.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience with systems development in database, systems, or AI.
- 15 years of experience with high-availability and disaster recovery solutions, including clustering, replication, and backups.
- 10 years of experience with database security best practices, including encryption, authentication, and access control.
- 10 years of experience leading technical initiatives internally and externally with industry partners.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree or PhD, cross-functional collaboration experience, database technology expertise, large-scale technology innovation experience, strong problem-solving skills, and product sensibility.
Benefits
- US base salary of $307000 - $427000 plus a 30% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
