Responsibilities
- Design and optimize the Factory platform and its core services.
- Enhance search and indexing systems, core infrastructure, and integrations.
- Create and refine internal tooling to improve developer experience.
- Collaborate with AI researchers for seamless integration of AI components.
- Promote best practices in code quality, security, and architecture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in full stack engineering roles.
- Proven ability to build complex, high-performance systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++.
- Familiarity with software engineering tools and practices such as Git and CI/CD.
