Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize the Factory platform, core services, and internal systems.
- Drive platform areas including search and indexing systems, core infrastructure, integrations, authentication services, billing, and organization management.
- Create and refine internal tooling to improve developer usability, efficiency, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and engineers to integrate AI-driven components with foundational systems.
- Promote best practices in code quality, security, and architecture design.
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in full-stack engineering roles.
- Proven software engineering experience building complex, high-performance, and reliable systems.
- Experience with software analysis tools, compilers, runtime systems, or similar domains is highly valued.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Familiarity with software engineering tools and practices such as Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of systems programming and experience working with large codebases and code at scale.
