Base Salary
$137k - $202k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build machine learning models for delivery ETA, pickup ETA, and merchant prep-time estimation.
- Develop deep learning models using large-scale spatiotemporal and behavioral signals.
- Apply reinforcement learning to enhance logistics decision-making and marketplace efficiency.
- Create AI-native product experiences using large language models and vision-language models.
- Design and conduct rigorous online experiments and monitor model performance.
- Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and data scientists to deploy ML capabilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building and shipping production machine learning systems.
- Strong experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch and data processing technologies like Spark.
- Proficiency in Python and modern ML infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in deep learning, reinforcement learning, optimization, or large language models.
- Experience in applying ML to estimation, ranking, prediction, or decision-making problems.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs or VLMs is a plus.
