Base Salary
$150k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with the CTO to turn AI research into production-grade features.
- Investigate and prototype new AI capabilities for feasibility.
- Build observability and evaluation infrastructure for monitoring models.
- Take ownership of AI features from design through deployment and monitoring.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an engineer with a focus on ML and AI systems.
- Experience owning production AI features end-to-end.
- Proficient in Python and modern ML frameworks like PyTorch and HuggingFace.
- Willingness to work 5 days a week in the NYC office.
