Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance scalable software solutions and application components.
- Integrate AI-driven components into existing software systems.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Lead the identification and implementation of team best practices to improve productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate with teams on project delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Generative AI.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Experience with Agent Development is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to AI and software engineering.
