Responsibilities
- Build production backend services in Python, including APIs and data services.
- Work across the stack to address system-wide challenges.
- Ship iteratively based on real customer needs and feedback.
- Take ownership of the reliability and performance of your services.
- Contribute to code quality and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend software engineering experience in production environments.
- Strong Python fundamentals and experience with backend services.
- Ability to work across different parts of a tech stack.
- Proven track record of shipping in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
