Responsibilities
- Execute automated test cases, analyze results, and report software defects.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Perform post-configuration and deployment verification and validation.
- Review third-party applications and end-to-end workflows through delivery channels.
- Conduct ad-hoc testing and root-cause analysis for urgent customer-reported issues.
- Collaborate with implementation, product management, development, and QA teams on requirements, automation criteria, test scenarios, and issue resolution.
- Document healthcare provider workflows, clinical use cases, and patient care pathways to identify quality concerns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of software testing and quality assurance experience.
- Practical experience with Cypress or Selenium is a plus.
- Understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies and relational database query concepts.
- Ability to understand business requirements and their implementation in applications.
- Strong communication skills and ability to respond to urgent healthcare product issues.
