Responsibilities

Partner with sales on customer engagements with prospective and existing customers.
Respond to advanced product and technical questions, RFPs, and security questionnaires.
Provide technical guidance to customers throughout the sales process.
Showcase custom solutions based on understanding of Notion’s capabilities.
Curate structured product feedback for Product and Engineering teams.
Work with marketing to refine technical narratives and customer-facing materials.
Educate the sales team on product updates and competitive analysis.
Document technical considerations for internal knowledge bases.

4+ years as a Technical Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Solutions Architect.
Ability to understand and explain API usage for advanced workflows.
Experience with third-party integrations for IAM/SSO, DLP, or SIEM platforms.
Strong project management experience with complex projects.
Growth mindset and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.
