Software Engineer (Golang), Fleet Delivery

Responsibilities
- Build the delivery pipeline in Go for provisioning, configuration, validation, burn-in, network bring-up, and software stack installation.
- Own and reduce time-to-acceptance by measuring the delivery process and eliminating its slowest steps.
- Collaborate with Hardware Design and Fleet Health to improve delivery reliability.
- Operate and automate GPU fleets containing H100 and GB200-class nodes with InfiniBand and RoCE fabrics.
- Partner with Product Managers and datacenter teams to plan delivery waves against capacity commitments.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience building backend or infrastructure systems.
- Production experience shipping systems in Go.
- Experience automating bare-metal fleets and turning racks into clusters.
- Fluency with servers, GPUs, NICs, switches, firmware, parts lists, and topology diagrams.
- Deep Linux systems experience below the application layer.
- Willingness to travel to datacenter sites as needed.
- A collaborative, low-ego, team-oriented working style.
