Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI systems against predefined ethical, responsible, and sustainable thresholds and benchmarks.
- Design and implement technology mitigation strategies for AI risks and ethical concerns.
- Lead the development and implementation of responsible AI frameworks.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
- Act as a subject matter expert and help manage team performance and decisions.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing and training sessions on responsible AI principles.
- Monitor AI ethics trends and regulatory changes and incorporate updates into team processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Responsible AI.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Responsible AI, Risk Management, Generative AI, and Secure AI.
- Strong expertise evaluating AI systems against ethical and responsible AI guidelines.
- Experience designing mitigation strategies for AI risks and system sustainability.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate responsible AI practices.
- Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and standards.
