Base Salary
$139k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, lead, and own delivery of production-grade platforms for engineering teams building and deploying generative AI applications.
- Drive architecture and system-design decisions across multiple teams while establishing technical patterns, engineering standards, and practices.
- Lead stakeholder conversations, translate technical capabilities into business value, and identify technology opportunities with measurable business outcomes.
- Shape the technical strategy of the Enterprise AI Platforms organization and participate in cross-organizational engineering events and technical forums.
- Build, maintain, and enhance large, distributed, production-grade enterprise applications across the full product-delivery lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related STEM field, Engineering, or equivalent practical education and/or work experience.
- At least 6 years of hands-on software engineering experience, including production delivery of AI solutions.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with additional languages such as TypeScript, particularly for AI integrations.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying generative AI applications, including experience evaluating them.
- Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud services, Kubernetes, CI/CD tooling, Terraform, and Helm.
- Experience designing, delivering, and maintaining large distributed applications and leading architecture and solution design across teams.
- Experience deploying third-party vendor software in highly regulated enterprise environments.
- Experience with OSS agent frameworks such as Strands Agents and LangGraph, observability and distributed tracing, zero-trust security principles, and secure-by-design development.
- Strong communication, stakeholder leadership, enterprise-level technical judgment, and the ability to operate across multiple projects.
