Responsibilities
- Develop agentic systems and orchestration layers to accelerate software delivery.
- Build and maintain AI on Tap, an internal hub for tracking AI agents, costs, codebase readiness, and AI-assisted development opportunities.
- Work with QA and Platform teams to integrate agentic testing and verification tools into delivery pipelines.
- Own build-versus-buy recommendations from evaluation through stakeholder buy-in.
- Drive AI initiatives across engineering teams and complete technical debt and delivery-enabling work.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with C# and .NET.
- Good testing practices, including unit and integration testing.
- Experience building agentic systems.
- Experience driving initiatives across engineering teams.
- Focus on delivering concrete, measurable results.
- Proactive, supportive, and collaborative approach.
