Responsibilities
- Create BDD feature files and efficient test strategies.
- Prepare test plans, scripts, documentation, and defect reports.
- Conduct quality testing on MarTech projects involving CRM, offers, and partners.
- Report defects and manage them through resolution in Jira.
- Collaborate with product managers, analysts, designers, developers, and subject matter experts.
- Communicate testing progress and identify improvements to testing approaches.
- Apply AI-enabled tools to test design, analysis, and documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Gherkin and Behaviour-Driven Development.
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Ability to analyse Markdown files and technical API schemas.
- Understanding of testing Content Management Systems.
- Experience using AI tools for test design, analysis, and documentation.
- Exposure to usability and accessibility testing.
- Strong attention to detail, an inquisitive mindset, and the ability to prioritise and respond to changing requirements.
