Responsibilities
- Analyze business, functional, and technical requirements to identify test automation scenarios.
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated tests for functional, integration, end-to-end, API, performance, portability, and data migration testing.
- Use and evaluate AI-powered testing tools for test case generation, test data generation, automated script development, and test-result analysis.
- Improve test coverage, reliability, maintainability, robustness, and cost-effectiveness while addressing automation technical debt.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support monitoring and maintenance of test executions.
- Analyze, document, and support resolution of defects and incidents identified during testing.
- Contribute to QA, test automation, and DevSecOps process improvements and promote testing best practices.
- Collaborate with business, IT, architecture, security, production, development, and infrastructure stakeholders.
- Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge sharing and adoption of automation practices.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in software testing and test automation.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT.
- Knowledge of test automation tools, frameworks, and scripting practices.
- Experience designing, developing, executing, and maintaining automated tests.
- Understanding of functional, integration, end-to-end, and API testing.
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies, QA processes, test automation strategies, test coverage, maintainability, and defect management.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps/DevSecOps practices.
- Interest in or exposure to AI-powered testing tools and AI-augmented testing approaches.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in French and good communication and collaboration skills.
- Preferred: experience with AI tools, performance testing, data migration testing, specialized testing, test automation strategy improvement, knowledge sharing, or insurance and financial services.
