Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver foundational platform capabilities including MCP tool registries and AI orchestration layers.
- Drive the evolution of Control Center into an AI-agent-ready operations platform.
- Partner with Engineering Manager and Product counterparts to define architectural roadmaps and lead design reviews.
- Build and maintain highly reliable, secure, distributed backend services.
- Collaborate across engineering teams to deliver cross-functional outcomes and eliminate duplicated infrastructure.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with large-scale distributed systems.
- Proven ability to lead high-impact technical initiatives from concept to production.
- Strong experience with cloud-native infrastructure and modern backend stacks like AWS and Kubernetes.
- Track record of building secure internal tools in a regulated financial services environment.
- Experience with agentic AI systems and proficiency in Go as a primary backend language.
