Base Salary
$160k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, ship, and refine core business banking and cash management products
- Own projects end-to-end from scoping through delivery and iteration
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and designers
- Use AI tools for exploration, design, and implementation while reviewing and owning the final outcome
- Maintain high standards for code clarity, correctness, maintainability, and customer experience
Requirements
- At least four years of professional software engineering experience
- Ability to lead and deliver technically challenging, cross-functional projects
- Experience designing APIs, debugging complex systems, and writing tests
- Strong product sense and ability to make thoughtful scope and functionality tradeoffs
- Interest in or willingness to learn financial concepts relevant to small businesses
- Startup or small-team experience is a plus
- Experience in fintech, AI, or early-stage startups is a bonus
