Base Salary
$160k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers, product, and design teams to develop core products.
- Own projects from scoping to building, testing, shipping, and refining.
- Utilize AI tools for exploration, design, and implementation while ensuring code quality.
- Design APIs and debug complex systems.
- Make thoughtful trade-offs in scope and functionality based on product sense.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proven ability to lead and deliver technically challenging projects.
- Comfortable with designing APIs and writing tests.
- Strong product sense and ability to make thoughtful trade-offs.
- Interest in learning basic financial concepts relevant to small businesses.
