Responsibilities
- Support cybersecurity planning, architecture, engineering, governance, and integration across enterprise security platforms and services.
- Review solution designs, technical proposals, implementation plans, and operational handover requirements.
- Coordinate cybersecurity platform refreshes, deployments, migrations, testing, upgrades, resilience, maintenance, and lifecycle activities.
- Support vulnerability management, privileged access, secure remote access, host security, network security, firewalls, segmentation, and secure connectivity.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, systems, networks, and security-platform integration issues while supporting secure configuration, vulnerability remediation, and hardening.
- Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, technical decisions, budgets, licensing, renewals, and capacity requirements.
- Support RFP/RFQ and tender activities, technical evaluations, vendor coordination, procurement, and commercial governance.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Network Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure, systems security, or network security.
- Understanding of servers, operating systems, networking, firewalls, VPNs, routing, switching, and segmentation.
- Experience supporting cybersecurity platforms, infrastructure deployments, or technology refreshes.
- Ability to review technical designs and troubleshoot system, network, and integration issues.
- Experience working with vendors and supporting technology procurement, tender, or commercial activities.
- Good project coordination, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Preferred experience with vulnerability management, privileged access, endpoint security, network security, Linux or Windows administration, virtualisation, data-centre infrastructure, scripting, APIs, infrastructure automation, budgeting, licensing, vendor management, and regulatory or compliance requirements.
- Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, PMP, or equivalent.
