Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize high-performance web applications across frontend and backend components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align solutions with business objectives.
- Implement security and data protection measures and write clean, maintainable, efficient code.
- Use AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and Cursor for frontend, backend, API development, testing, documentation, and code reviews.
- Conduct code reviews, critically assess AI-generated results, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to minimize downtime.
- Apply current enterprise application design patterns and present technical solutions to stakeholders.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends and integrate AI algorithms and models to enhance application capabilities and decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 7 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Strong understanding of frontend and backend technologies, including proficiency with Angular, React, or Vue.js and experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Experience integrating AI algorithms and models to enhance application capabilities and decision-making.
- Fluent daily use of AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent.
- Ability to critically review AI-generated results, challenge outputs when needed, and take accountability for AI-driven outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, enterprise application design, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Familiarity with machine learning is a strong advantage.
