Responsibilities
- Implement complex applications using Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, JUnit, RESTful services, and Kafka-based event-driven microservices.
- Design and secure APIs, orchestrate distributed tasks, manage parameter versioning, and support high-throughput calculations.
- Build Angular/NGRx front-end features and micro-frontends and contribute to Node.js, Fastify, and BFF services.
- Optimize MongoDB data access and performance and apply data structures and algorithms for efficient processing.
- Automate testing, OWASP security scanning, and CI/CD workflows while maintaining code quality, scalability, reliability, and security.
- Containerize and operate services on AWS and Azure with Docker and Kubernetes, contributing to observability and runbooks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in SAFe, participate in technical design reviews, communicate clearly, and drive continuous improvement.
- Use AI coding tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot to improve developer productivity and code quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Five years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong front-end and back-end knowledge.
- Strong Java/Kotlin and Spring expertise, including event-driven microservices with Kafka and API security with Spring Security.
- Advanced SQL/PostgreSQL skills, including schema design and query optimization, plus production NoSQL experience with MongoDB.
- Experience delivering cloud-native applications on AWS and Azure with containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Maven.
- Full stack experience with modern Angular, NgRx, micro-frontends, and Node.js/Fastify or BFF patterns.
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, complexity analysis, automated testing with JUnit, and Agile/SAFe ways of working.
- Hands-on use of AI coding assistants such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot, with concrete examples of impact documented on the CV.
