Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable features and infrastructure for the Finance and Growth platform.
- Handle technical requirements definition, design, implementation, unit testing, and integration.
- Contribute to the platform’s architectural evolution, including decisions about centralization and decentralization.
- Maintain the performance, reliability, and high availability of critical global finance backend services.
- Participate in code reviews and share knowledge to promote technical excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
- At least 1 year of experience with generative AI, agentic AI, large language models, AI evaluations, training, or models.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: Experience with artificial intelligence or machine learning systems.
- Preferred: Experience developing generative AI or agentic solutions, LLM integrations, or accessible technologies for data exploration and developer productivity.
- Preferred: Expertise designing distributed systems and high-performance services handling millions of requests per second.
