Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and operate an ML platform covering feature ingestion, training, batch inference, and model monitoring.
- Deliver predictions, scores, and recommendations reliably to downstream sales systems with clear freshness, versioning, and availability guarantees.
- Build automated, scalable data pipelines for advertiser and sales engagement signals with strong data quality checks.
- Design solutions for undefined technical problems such as on-demand prediction serving and recommendation explanations.
- Partner with applied scientists and data scientists to productionize models and shorten iteration cycles.
- Build instrumentation to measure seller use of recommendations and resulting advertiser outcomes.
- Own services end to end, including testing, deployment, monitoring, operational excellence, and on-call support.
- Participate in design and code reviews and mentor and onboard engineers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of non-internship experience designing or architecting reliable, scalable new and existing systems.
- 1+ year of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
- 1+ year of experience developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed applications, tools, systems, or services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
- 1+ year of Object Oriented Design experience.
- Experience programming in at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: 3+ years covering the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
