Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Maintain scalable, highly available, secure cloud infrastructure and provision resources with Terraform, Terragrunt, and CloudFormation.
- Build, maintain, and optimize GitLab CI/CD and Jenkins pipelines for application and ML model deployments.
- Automate configuration management, infrastructure provisioning, troubleshooting, and routine operational processes.
- Support containerized environments, Kubernetes orchestration, disaster recovery, and zero-downtime deployment strategies.
- Design, deploy, operate, and secure infrastructure for AI, agentic products, integrations, internal tooling, and customer-facing use cases.
- Operate ML platform infrastructure, including Databricks clusters, jobs compute, ML pipelines, model-serving endpoints, autoscaling, and production inference capacity.
- Maintain monitoring for model drift, data quality, inference performance, serving health, infrastructure metrics, logs, and alerts.
- Participate in incident response and root-cause analysis while improving observability and deployment reliability.
- Collaborate with Software Engineers, ML Engineers, QA, Software Engineers in Test, IT Security, and Product Support.
- Maintain technical and operational documentation and provide infrastructure support to engineering teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or a similar infrastructure-focused role.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, SQS, and API Gateway.
- At least 2 years of experience with containerized environments and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes and Amazon EKS.
- Strong experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI/CD or Jenkins.
- Hands-on Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform, Terragrunt, CloudFormation, or similar technologies.
- Strong Linux administration, troubleshooting, networking, routing, load balancing, and network security knowledge.
- Scripting experience with Python, Bash, or similar languages.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for engineering workflows, automation, troubleshooting, or agentic use cases.
- Experience supporting data, ML, or other compute-intensive production workloads.
- Google Cloud, multi-cloud experience, Helm, service mesh technologies, serverless architectures, event-driven systems, cloud security, vulnerability management, observability, FinOps, API management, and MLOps experience are preferred or beneficial.
