Responsibilities

Build and operate large-scale distributed systems supporting AI-ready web search.
Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure for indexing, retrieval, and monitoring.
Automate deployment, scaling, and observability across environments.
Optimize system performance, scalability, and resource usage.
Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to system design.
Collaborate with ML and backend teams on CI/CD and model deployment workflows.
Write maintainable infrastructure code and participate in code reviews.
Debug production issues, optimize infrastructure bottlenecks, and build observability and alerting systems.

At least two years of experience with cloud infrastructure and container orchestration.
Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and Kubernetes.
Understanding of distributed systems, networking, and infrastructure as code such as Terraform.
Interest in performance, reliability, system observability, AI infrastructure, data pipelines, and large-scale retrieval systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment.
Interest in Linkup’s mission to build web search for AI agents.
