Responsibilities
- Develop and own application security testing methodology and standards.
- Lead complex security assessments and original research.
- Own the triage and escalation framework for security testing.
- Drive integration of security into the SDLC and CI/CD pipelines.
- Design and deploy an automated security framework.
- Review vulnerability data and manage false positives.
- Define metrics for testing coverage and effectiveness.
- Mentor specialists and create training materials.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in application security testing and DevSecOps.
- Expert knowledge of software security and security frameworks.
- Experience with testing tools and scripting languages.
- Solid understanding of secure development practices.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Self-directed and detail-oriented problem solver.
