Responsibilities
- Design and implement Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra security solutions for EY products and client engagements.
- Configure and develop tools using Infrastructure as Code where possible.
- Provide cybersecurity expertise, including advanced conditional access policies and Microsoft 365 security and compliance capabilities.
- Support Microsoft 365 and Azure Tier 2 managed services, monitoring, reporting, solution development, and program governance.
- Develop cybersecurity decoy systems using Microsoft tools.
- Collaborate with offshore colleagues and communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Plan and execute migrations from on-premises Exchange Server and SharePoint Server environments to Microsoft 365.
- Create documentation, training materials, and presentations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of cybersecurity experience.
- Deep expertise with Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, and OneDrive.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra, Active Directory, Azure AD, identity synchronization, user and group management, B2B, B2C, identity protection, and governance.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 cloud security, security policies, data loss prevention, access controls, and compliance features.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure AD, Virtual Machines, Networking, and Storage.
- Experience with identity and access management, multi-factor authentication, and conditional access policies.
- Experience deploying and managing Microsoft Teams, including calling and meeting features, and integrating third-party applications and services.
- Experience managing large-scale projects and troubleshooting complex issues.
- Understanding of hybrid cloud environments, on-premises integration, security frameworks, and compliance standards such as GDPR and HIPAA.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Proficiency in PowerShell is beneficial.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate, Microsoft Security Engineer Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Microsoft Security Operations, cloud, or other cybersecurity certifications are preferred.
- Professional services firm experience and bilingual English and French capability are preferred.
