Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Implement new security features for 1Password applications.
- Develop secure libraries for sharing security-critical code.
- Assist in security design efforts and scoping initiatives.
- Demonstrate leadership in security development.
- Code, test, debug, and maintain production software systems.
- Collaborate with various teams for design guidance and secure coding practices.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
- Review code to maintain high quality and support feedback culture.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in security development.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software development experience with a security focus.
- Hands-on experience with Windows security development and languages like Rust, C#, C/C++, Go, or TypeScript.
- Experience with Rust development and creating FFI interfaces for Windows.
- Familiarity with TPM and HSM functionality and Windows security features.
- Strong understanding of security domains including cryptography and network security.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of Agentic AI Model capabilities and workflows.
