Responsibilities
- Design and build fullstack solutions covering user interfaces, APIs, and data.
- Shape the architecture of complex components, define interfaces, and influence technical direction.
- Lead application design and help development teams understand the technical vision.
- Use coding assistants and AI agents to support development, testing, code review, and documentation.
- Build AI-powered features including LLM integrations, intelligent automation, and agent-based workflows.
- Design and run testing strategies, including AI-assisted test generation.
- Share knowledge and promote AI and agentic-development practices across teams.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of fullstack development experience.
- Strong skills in React.js or a similar frontend framework such as Angular or Vue.
- Strong skills in Java or another object-oriented language.
- Hands-on experience with, or genuine interest in, AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent Finnish and English skills.
- Problem-solving ability, logical thinking, curiosity, willingness to learn, and a proactive solution-focused attitude.
- Bonus experience may include AI agents, LLM APIs, MCP, RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, Spring Boot, cloud platforms, cloud AI services, development enablement, CI/CD, DevOps, or platform engineering.
