Responsibilities
- Build software applications, SaaS integrations, and enhancements for HR, Payroll, Finance, and internal enterprise systems.
- Develop full-stack solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders using test-driven and agile development practices.
- Deliver system upgrades, resiliency and capacity improvements, automation, controls, and integrations with internal and external vendors and services.
- Contribute to the architecture and modernization of core platforms, including the use of AI tools.
- Work with DevOps teams to resolve operational issues and use continuous delivery platforms and DevOps practices.
- Transition legacy applications to cloud platforms and improve platform stability, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate with technology teams on cross-departmental initiatives.
Requirements
- Four or more years of professional software development experience, preferably with .NET, building and supporting enterprise or business-critical applications.
- Experience developing full-stack applications with modern server-side and front-end technologies.
- Strong relational database development skills, including data modeling, query optimization, and debugging.
- Experience building service-oriented applications, integrations, and secure system interfaces.
- Experience with automated testing, code review, source control, and continuous delivery practices.
- Working knowledge of cloud environments, distributed systems, and production application support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, along with a commitment to high ethical standards.
