Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end delivery and architecture of complex payer-domain applications.
- Design and implement secure, scalable ASP.NET Core Web APIs for platform and partner integrations.
- Lead engineering planning, milestone definition, effort estimation, and hybrid-team coordination.
- Develop and review code using VB.NET, C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, and ASP.NET MVC.
- Translate payer-domain use cases into technical designs with product and business stakeholders.
- Guide engineers on deployment patterns, error handling, logging, configuration management, and secure coding.
- Conduct technical reviews of MVC controllers, data access layers, and service interfaces.
- Modernize legacy .NET Framework applications into modular, cloud-friendly architectures.
- Introduce automated testing strategies for web applications and APIs.
- Mentor engineers and promote documentation, communication, and engineering performance metrics.
Requirements
- Experience with .NET Core and .NET Framework.
- Experience with ASP.NET Core Web API and ASP.NET MVC.
- Proficiency in VB.NET and C# programming.
- Knowledge of project management and Agile software development.
- Ability to lead technical planning, application delivery, code reviews, modernization, and mentoring activities.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
