Responsibilities

  • Support customers and partners throughout the Data Center product life cycle, from project kick-off and design review through mass production.
  • Validate partner BIOS, BMC, and UEFI implementations against NVIDIA specifications and requirements.
  • Assist with platform bring-up and first-level triage of firmware, hardware, and networking issues.
  • Collaborate with NVIDIA engineering experts on customer questions related to manufacturing and quality assurance.
  • Build knowledge of Data Center server software and firmware stacks and apply CPU, GPU, and networking fundamentals to customer engagements.
  • Create and deliver technical training materials for customers adopting NVIDIA technologies.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an MS or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Linux-based development and operations.
  • Strong programming skills in C, C++, or Python.
  • Interest in Data Center firmware and software technologies, including BMC, BIOS, and secure boot.
  • Excellent communication skills, flexibility in task assignment, and ability to work under pressure.
