Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance end-to-end web applications based on customer feedback and business requirements.
- Investigate and resolve complex or escalated issues involving application crashes, data inconsistencies, and integration failures.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring or high-impact issues.
- Monitor applications and optimize performance and scalability using tools such as App Insights, Grafana, and Kibana.
- Support production deployments, hotfixes, rollback procedures, and post-deployment validation.
- Ensure support activities comply with GxP and other applicable regulatory requirements, including maintaining audit trails and incident documentation.
- Collaborate with DevOps, QA, product teams, and non-technical stakeholders to resolve issues and communicate findings.
- Guide and groom junior team members and provide training and guidance to L1/L2 support teams.
- Document solutions, workarounds, and known issues in a knowledge base.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience developing end-to-end web applications with the Microsoft technology stack.
- Working knowledge of .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, and Postman.
- Working knowledge of Angular 7 or later, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with Azure Cosmos DB, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Familiarity with UI and unit testing using MSTest, Jasmine, Moq, NUnit, and Karma.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization, with OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect as additional experience.
- Experience with at least one service-oriented architecture project and with Agile/Scrum practices.
- Ability to conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex and performance-related issues, and write efficient code and queries.
- MCA or a bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, leadership, and customer-service skills.
