Responsibilities

Implement customer feedback, changes, and enhancements by understanding requirements and designing and building solutions.
Investigate and resolve complex or escalated application issues, including crashes, data inconsistencies, and integration failures.
Analyze logs, application behavior, and system performance to identify root causes and implement permanent fixes.
Perform application monitoring, performance tuning, and scalability optimization using tools such as Application Insights, Grafana, and Kibana.
Support production deployments, hotfixes, rollback procedures, and post-deployment validation.
Ensure support activities comply with GxP and other applicable regulatory requirements while maintaining audit trails and incident documentation.
Collaborate with DevOps, QA, product, and other teams to resolve technical issues and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Guide and groom junior team members so they can independently handle product improvements and customer feedback.
Document solutions, workarounds, and known issues and provide guidance and training to L1/L2 support teams.

4-7 years of experience developing end-to-end web applications with Microsoft technologies.
Working knowledge of .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, WebAPI, and Postman.
Working knowledge of Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience with Azure Cosmos DB, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft SQL Server.
Familiarity with UI testing and unit testing using tools such as MSTest, Jasmine, Moq, NUnit, and Karma.
Understanding of object-oriented programming, efficient coding and querying, troubleshooting, performance issues, authentication and authorization, and code reviews.
Experience with at least one service-oriented architecture project and familiarity with event-driven architecture, domain-driven architecture, and microservices.
Knowledge of OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect is a plus.
Experience working in an Agile environment, preferably Scrum.
MCA or bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or an equivalent qualification.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, leadership, customer-service, and documentation skills.
