Base Salary
$168k - $227k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and own major components of an agentic AI platform that discovers, plans, and executes data center migrations.
- Implement multi-agent capabilities using foundation models, chain-of-thought reasoning, and tool-use patterns.
- Develop AI-powered network transformation features that analyze, replicate, and optimize enterprise network topologies.
- Improve the autonomy and accuracy of agentic orchestration for migrating servers, storage, networks, and applications.
- Collaborate on design reviews and maintain architectural coherence across agent frameworks.
- Contribute to code reviews, operational excellence, rapid experimentation, and high-velocity releases.
- Mentor junior engineers and interns.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 5 years of programming experience with one or more software programming languages.
- At least 5 years of experience leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems.
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or engineering team lead.
- Preferred: at least 5 years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Preferred: knowledge of machine learning and LLM fundamentals, including transformer architecture, training and inference lifecycles, and optimization techniques.
