Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical support to customers using a Kubernetes-based platform.
- Troubleshoot, triage, and resolve application, infrastructure, and CI/CD pipeline issues.
- Guide customers through onboarding, deployment, and application development workflows.
- Build and maintain DevSecOps pipelines using open-source technologies.
- Develop Infrastructure-as-Code solutions to automate configuration management and infrastructure provisioning.
- Support reliable build, test, monitoring, and release workflows across multiple environments.
- Develop, deploy, and manage AWS cloud applications and Kubernetes applications.
- Collaborate with application development teams throughout the software development life cycle.
- Help organizations adopt DevOps processes, tools, and roles.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience developing tools and processes to improve DevOps or DevSecOps maturity.
- At least 4 years of experience building and maintaining Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Terraform and Terragrunt.
- At least 4 years of experience troubleshooting, triaging, and resolving CI/CD pipeline failures or performance issues.
- At least 4 years of experience developing, deploying, and managing cloud applications, including AWS.
- At least 2 years of experience deploying and managing applications within Kubernetes.
- Experience developing multi-tenant enterprise cloud-native solutions.
- Experience working with application development teams across the software development life cycle.
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to obtain Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC certification within 6 months of starting.
- Preferred experience with Bash, Python, Groovy, or Golang.
- Preferred experience with Kubernetes Operators, Rancher, RKE2, ArgoCD, Grafana, Elasticsearch, Jenkins, or GitLab Runners.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Developer certification is preferred.
