Responsibilities
- Implement and optimize cloud-native security automation and engineering initiatives across AWS and other cloud environments.
- Secure cloud-native applications running in containers, serverless environments, and virtual machines.
- Design secure cloud architectures and embed security into CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop and enforce policies for secure cloud-native deployments.
- Drive security automation and DevSecOps maturity across cross-functional teams.
- Create dashboards and reports for executive visibility into cloud risk posture.
- Ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Foundational knowledge of cloud security tools and multi-cloud environments.
- Proficiency in Python for automation and Terraform or CloudFormation for infrastructure automation.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
- Sound understanding of cloud-native security, container security, and serverless protection.
- Minimum 2–3 years of cloud technology experience.
- Sound understanding of secured CI/CD implementation processes, advanced techniques, and integration.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with one or more CSPM tools such as Prisma, Orca Security, Wiz, or Defender.
- At least 1 year of experience with a vulnerability management tool such as Qualys.
- At least 2 years of Python development experience for automation.
- At least 1 year of Terraform or CloudFormation experience for secure cloud infrastructure provisioning.
- 2–3 years of cloud security and multi-cloud governance experience, preferably with AWS Cloud.
