Base Salary
$160k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build production services and automation solutions using C#, Python, and PowerShell.
- Develop secure, governed workplace productivity solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, and Google Workspace.
- Establish governance and lifecycle management for evolving platform capabilities.
- Design and operate web and Windows services integrating with internal systems and platforms.
- Deliver data protection and compliance solutions, including DLP policies and third-party security integrations.
- Improve cloud security posture through least privilege, logging, monitoring, auditing, and hardening.
- Manage DevOps pipelines, GitHub configuration-as-code, and automated scalable deployments.
- Participate in software development lifecycle activities including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operational support.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software development experience building production services and automation solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Understanding of AI tooling and governance models.
- Experience applying governance to AI agents, including Model Context Protocol oversight, security, and compliance controls.
- Experience or advanced expertise in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace administration.
- Strong proficiency with Azure Entra ID, identity and access security, Conditional Access, and Defender for Office 365.
- Experience designing DLP policies and integrating Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace with third-party security systems.
- Experience with cloud security posture improvements and hardening concepts.
- Experience managing DevOps pipelines and enabling automated deployments.
- Preferred credentials include Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert, SANS or similar security certifications, or equivalent credentials.
Benefits
- Annual base salary of $160,000–$240,000, plus benefits and bonus eligibility.
