Responsibilities
- Own the design and evolution of packaged and SaaS solutions, including configuration, integrations, and releases.
- Set platform standards supporting stability, performance, maintainability, and alignment with business and vendor constraints.
- Serve as an Enterprise Architecture subject matter expert and provide strategic advisory support to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Drive critical technical decisions, consensus, and enterprise-wide architectural strategies across multiple teams and systems.
- Evaluate, adopt, and integrate emerging technologies, including AI-native stacks and cloud platforms.
- Design scalable software architectures and deliver solutions to complex, cross-team problems.
- Drive AI-led SDLC practices and AI-based solutioning to improve delivery speed and quality.
- Design and integrate knowledge base systems into enterprise solutions.
- Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture Strategy.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong proficiency in designing scalable, business-aligned software architectures.
- Hands-on experience with modern development frameworks and agile methodologies.
- Experience analyzing complex systems and delivering strategic architectural solutions.
- Cross-team collaboration and software integration experience.
- Experience optimizing system performance and maintaining software components.
- Hands-on programming expertise in at least two to three languages, such as Java, Python, and C#.
- Experience with AI-native development using one or more Large Language Models and AI-native stacks.
- Exposure to knowledge base systems and their integration into enterprise solutions.
- Experience with AI-led SDLC and AI-based solutioning.
- Cloud architecture expertise across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform, including multi-cloud integration and optimization.
