Base Salary
$130k - $205k/yr
Responsibilities
- Devise and execute sophisticated, multi-stage attack campaigns.
- Identify and exploit vulnerabilities across digital and physical landscapes.
- Conduct covert red team operations including penetration testing and social engineering.
- Lead purple team exercises to analyze attack paths and improve incident response.
- Assess the effectiveness of remediation efforts by re-testing vulnerabilities.
- Develop custom tooling and scripts for attack simulations.
- Create detailed post-engagement reports documenting findings and recommendations.
- Act as a subject matter expert on offensive security and threat actor methodologies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an offensive security role.
- Proven experience in planning and executing covert red team operations.
- Deep understanding of attacker TTPs and frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK.
- Proficient in at least one scripting language, such as Python.
- Hands-on experience with common offensive security tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
