Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery for a client workstream or application module while managing quality, timelines, and technical debt.
- Define or co-define application and infrastructure architecture using cloud-native, microservices, and event-driven approaches.
- Implement AI-augmented SDLC practices, including intelligent pipelines, automated code reviews, and test generation.
- Estimate and scope agentic software development projects for pre-sales activities.
- Mentor and develop 2–5 consultants on the assigned scope.
- Participate in client workshops and application design-thinking sessions.
- Act as the trusted technical contact for client stakeholders.
Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent.
- 5–8 years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a consulting environment.
- Strong application architecture experience covering patterns, cloud, and API-first approaches.
- Hands-on experience implementing or optimizing an agentic SDLC and its SDD/BMAD framework, including pipelines, reviews, and observability.
- Knowledge of agentic development tools, including LLM-assisted coding, test generation, and code-review agents.
- Ability to manage client relationships at middle-management level.
- Natural leadership and the ability to engage and guide a technical team.
