Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative, complex, and scalable applications for identity verification challenges.
- Own features and services from conceptualization and design through deployment, monitoring, and ongoing operation.
- Write clean, maintainable, extendable, and testable code for high-impact systems.
- Build and operate resilient production services.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Risk, DevOps, Data Science, and Data teams.
- Research and integrate emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Computer Vision technologies.
- Safeguard data integrity and support compliance efforts.
- Translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical learning and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer working with complex, large-scale, and diversified applications and technology stacks.
- Proficiency in C# and .NET with strong software development fundamentals in a backend or full-stack environment.
- French language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
- Experience delivering high-quality code in agile environments and under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, independent working, and teamwork skills.
- Interest in or proficiency with AI technologies and applying emerging technology to improve productivity.
- Payments or financial knowledge is advantageous but not required.
- Bonus experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, Prometheus, PostgreSQL, Mongo, Redis, other programming languages, and data-driven business problem solving.
