Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative, complex, and scalable applications for identity verification within a microservices environment.
- Own new and existing features and services across conceptualization, design, deployment, monitoring, and production operation.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Risk, DevOps, Data Science, and Data teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
- Research and integrate emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Computer Vision, into verification products.
- Write clean, maintainable, extensible, and testable code for high-impact systems.
- Build, own, and operate resilient services to high reliability standards.
- Mentor junior team members and support their technical development.
- Champion technical excellence, cross-team learning, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- More than 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer working with complex, large-scale, and diversified applications and technology stacks.
- Proficiency in C# and .NET, with strong software development fundamentals in a backend or full-stack environment.
- French language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, independent-working, and teamwork skills.
- Experience delivering high-quality code in agile environments and under tight deadlines.
- Interest in or proficiency with AI technologies and using emerging technology to improve productivity.
- Payments or financial-services knowledge is a plus but not required.
- Bonus experience includes AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, Prometheus, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and other programming languages.
- Experience solving real-world business problems through innovative, data-driven approaches is a plus.
