Responsibilities
- Define reference patterns for integration and performance across native and React Native mobile technologies.
- Lead the strategic prevention of operational issues by defining frameworks for SLOs and quality standards.
- Shape the technical roadmap so engineering decisions align with product vision and strategic goals.
- Solve engineering problems at scale, simplify complex systems, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Coach lead engineers, recruit top talent, and engage with the broader technology community.
- Define and execute an AI-led engineering vision to improve how software is designed, built, tested, and maintained.
- Use delivery and production metrics to identify systemic improvements in security and scalability.
Requirements
- Extensive experience building and leading mobile applications in high-growth, large-scale environments.
- Experience with mobile build and release pipelines, cloud-native backend services, APIs, and hands-on integration across the mobile stack.
- Deep exposure to both native and cross-platform application development, including environments where native and React Native technologies coexist.
- Ability to connect technical architecture and product strategy while delivering high-quality customer experiences.
- Experience using delivery and production metrics to drive systemic improvements in security, scalability, and operational quality.
- Ability to translate ambiguity and changing business direction into high-level technical roadmaps.
- Strong communication skills for aligning stakeholders and explaining complex technical trade-offs to leadership.
