Responsibilities
- Define reference patterns for integration and performance across native and React Native technologies.
- Lead strategic prevention of operational issues by defining frameworks for SLOs and quality standards.
- Coach lead engineers, recruit top talent, and engage with the broader technology community.
- Define and execute an AI-led engineering vision to improve software design, development, testing, and maintenance.
- Shape technical roadmaps and architectural direction in alignment with product strategy and the global product roadmap.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration, simplify complex engineering challenges, and improve development productivity and velocity.
Requirements
- Extensive experience building and leading mobile applications in high-growth, large-scale environments.
- Experience scaling mobile build and release pipelines and architecting cloud-native backend services and APIs, with AWS preferred.
- Hands-on integration across the mobile stack and deep exposure to both native and cross-platform application development.
- Ability to align technical architecture with product strategy and customer experience.
- Experience using delivery and production metrics to drive systemic improvements in security and scalability.
- Ability to translate changing business directions into high-level technical roadmaps and communicate complex technical trade-offs clearly to leadership.
